As an Operating

is environmentally conscious and committed to staying
aligned with the environmental directives being
implemented worldwide. Our ISO 14001 Implementation plan
calls for RoHS registration before December, 2005.
A major effort is
underway here at Y-connect to ensure
compliance with Directive 2002/95/EC of the European
Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 2003 also
known as the “RoHS Directive”.
To meet the demands of this directive in a timely
manner, Y-connect has developed and
implemented a Y-connect RoHS Policy.
